WDB #4
Thanks to Sweetnicks for hosting our poochie pics.
I couldn't resist putting some pictures of my eldest pooch since Mark at ReMARKable Palate did. Edward had been reading when I interrupted his book. Now that he is 8 he needs the glasses just for reading, really!

Edward is such a cutey-pie! He's the same age as my Zoey.

Oh what a cute puppy. I have four and they run me ragged. I am never alone around here! I love my dogs so much. They have been such a source of joy since my boys have flown the coop. We have a had a lot of fun. Do you only have one?

Hi Vickie,
Oh, that picture is just too cute. I love it. I linked here from the nice comments you left me on Farmgirl Fare. Looking forward to reading more of your delicious posts. And seeing the rest of your dogs, of course!

P.S. If you are a dog lover, I bet you would enjoy the website of a fellow Farmgirl Fare fan. Her name is Leigh and she is a pet portrait artist. Her website is Noisy Dog Studio. She has just been painting dog portraits but is branching out to other animals--and is hoping to do a whole Farmgirl 'series' soon including sheep and even Whitey the chicken. The critters and I are thrilled. : )

Vicky,

Thanks! Yes, she's our only one. You could say she is a very spoiled "only child." I can only imagine what it is like to have four of them running around. What are the names of your other three?

Farmgirl, I typed a whole comment to you hit one wrong key and boom, it's gone. Thanks for the link. I have often thought about having professional pictures taken of my motely crew but I don't think they will hold still for that Kodak moment. You know I will be a regular visitor to your site. Everyone should have a "farm fix" as often as possible. We are going to northern VA for a country fix pretty soon. I can't wait!

Ed, I have all short haired doxies. 1 standard and three minis. There is Edward, my reader, Sadie his wife, Moose their abnormally large son, and Moose's stepbrother Charlie. Edward was named for the Jack Russell Terrier on Frazier. Then we saw the credits and Eddy's name is really Moose. So when Moose was born it was a natural fit. Moose weighed 4 ounces at birth. We thought we would lose him and he needed a BIG name so hence Moose has served him well. Charlie is because of our last name; Charlie Brown. We have had a ball with these guys. If I ever get upset, some one is always there with a huge juicy kiss. Who could feel bad after that?? I will do more pictures of the motely crew on another WDB. You should submit pics of Zoey.
