I enjoy knitting, crocheting, spinning,quilling, Zentangling, cooking and gardening all while keeping company with a husband, three dogs and one Mainecoon cat named Max

I'm Fall too!
I just love the fall. It's truly my favorite time of the year. Since I knit, I get to wear some of the things that I have knitted, but mostly it's about having a roaring fire in the fireplace and getting to be with friends and family.
Well, that was fun!
I'm a spring -I think my favorite smell in the world is when the cottonwood trees start to "blossom" - that sweet marshy smell - that's disappearing because the developers keep knocking down the trees & filling in the swamps to put in houses! It's inevetible, I guess.
All your bread recipes sounded fun - We'll probably start processing our pumpkins this week -I bake it, mash it and freeze it in 2 cup packages & we donate 25 or 30 lbs. to the "bakers" at our church who make pumpkin pies for the community food baskets. I have a great pumpkin bundt cake recipe from "the Cake Doctor" cookbook - I'll put it on my blog :-) T.
I'm Fall too! Perhaps we were all meant to get to know each other and start our blogs in the Fall nearly the same time?!
And even though this isn't the day this was posted, today is November 5th and I think that SOMEONE HAS A BIRTHDAY?! Happy birthday to you...happy birthday to you...happy birthday dear Vickie...happiest birthday to you. I actually just tried to call you and then discovered I can't find your phone # (or email!) - and my computer is clear across town so I can't get it (I'm on LB's and he says happy b-day too!). So, alas, through a post it must be. I hope that it's a perfectly wonderful day for you, and know that I'm thinking of you and wishing you happiness :)
I'm also fall, which makes sense as it's my favorite season.
Which site do you visit daily for knitting? I am trying to get the hang of it and getting a little discouraged. I love Fall. I will still have to figure out which season I like best.
